I am 31 moved out of home at 18, payed at least $40k in rent. Have moved back home once or twice in the last 10 years.
Now out again, but geez! Now way in the world I can afford to buy a house in todays market.
I have decided to plough money into the stock market and super fund instead.
Anyway cash in on your parents wealth, any way possible!
Generation x and y will need to fight, and fight hard to gain this wealth!
