Have a look at NHF calculations, the PEs, FV increments and the only rationale for story development is that MPL and NHF are trading as growth stocks and that instos have worked out that BUPA can't stay in the market at their pricing forever unless they want to rock the lights of the rich Englanders that make up their "not-for-profit co-operative" IMHO but pls DYOR. Otherwise, you might be right and the market could be dead wrong. With all humility, $3 is more likely IMHO than back to $2.10, 2.18 but pls DYOR.
