i dont doubt its a good business. but is it anywhere near reality to be paying 28X for this? the half year result clearly shows headwinds due to the issues i stated -higher claims costs in future years.
low int rate, but theres plenty of options to get higher yields, or better growth. One has to draw the line somewhere, the yield on MPL is not even 3.5% grossed up anymore, thats even less than term deposits right now...,
