CCI Holdings has just traded at 21.5c, a new 3.5 year high for the stock. The stock is recovering from being underpriced due to 2 years of non cash accounting writedowns.
The scope for further upside looks strong with the stock still only trading at a single digit P/E, and being very well positioned in arguably the strongest growth sector on the aussie sharemarket. (servicing the booming coal sector).
Recent director purchases (for their super funds) gives an indication the stock is attractive as a LT investment, because it is still underpriced and also because it has great growth potential.
