    Fomoco- i was thinking the same thing. The comment by Bennett was vague to say the least. Ive been on SIR since the beginning and I don't think its fair to its existing shareholders to spin off another company if Baloo has the goods without compensating its shareholders. Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions but i dont like the sound of it
