Yes, not a great result to say the least. Listened to the webcast with the CEO today. He seems to have a good handle on the issues and turnaround strategy.
Price of oil has been the real drag, but a move to a charge for pick up makes sense. If used oils aint worth what they used to be, and business has to get rid of it, then free collection will not longer work.
My take is that waste will never go away, and the best players will come out on top despite difficult markets form time to time. TPI has the makings here and at these prices is a good one for the long term holder IMHO.
