The returns are not that good , everyone has their hands in your pocket , tenants are a real worry these days and then theres the maintenance etc...it can be a big headache ....I am taking a profit anyways and can better invest the money elsewhere with little stress , I bought at the bottom in 1996 and I will sell just off the high now , leave a bit of room...
Besides I am getting long in the tooth and dont need hassles ..I am not buying back in....as an investor I have to put it out there to see what i can get....if not then I will have to rent it out again...hope not...
I took all the risks and the government scoffs a bit of the top cream....that,s life...I was / am lucky...
