    Yeah , Hot Lead, I'd be happy with a 1:1 @ 185, but realistically their effort to place 22m between 2 insto's is a lot less messy & u'd think the new script won't be finding its way straight onto the market (as it would with a shareholder placement)
    So on balance I'm happy with it & for a recent precedent check out EXT's surge forward after a similar insto only placement
