BOTS - Bulk Ore transportation System by MRL

MRL has just released some details and pics re its new BOTS
it looks interesting
it says it can construct Bots at 25% of cost of heavy rail.
I have put up slides from preso.
note MRL says it will build Bot from its Iron Valley deposit to Port Headland.
But PIOP appears to be many klms from Iron Valley.

But surely if system is so much cheaper, and is viable, one would think that RTA and/or FMS in its own right, would look at the Bot system??
