Got to agree there golf, the pay scale for ASX listed small caps is way out of proportion to what the deserve.
Pay should be on a sliding scale on accomplishments and targets. That better reflect shareholder returns and sp improvement, and also reflect mistakes and accomplishments.
How it ever got to some ceo of none income earning share to earn 10x the average wage has me mystified.
