Even as a pure mining company $10 could be conservative, current resources are around 24mt of which about 3 to 4mt is graphene and at say $10k a tonne that's 30 to 40 billion revenue over the life of the mine just for the graphene. Allow 50% for costs and apply a 75% NPV discount factor and we're looking at a NPV of $5b. And that's ignoring the graphite! Very rough I know...and yes, there is the question of demand.
But then again Thomas Watson the head of IBM said in 1943 "I think there is a world demand for maybe five computers".
