Quote from Quasar's website:
"The Four Mile deposit represents Quasar’s major project where a Mining Lease Application was submitted in May 2008. This project is one of the most significant uranium discoveries made in Australia in the past 25 years. This north Frome Basin discovery, located approximately 8km from the Beverley uranium mine, is in joint venture with Alliance."
Based on the above (in their own words) ... what is Alliance's 25% in their "major" project "really" worth. We just have to wait until they get realistic.
No surprise that the Quasar website doesn't have any announcements under their "Newsroom" link.
Per announcement Quasar advised they would not increase offer to a level that the AGS Board would be willing to recommend to shareholders ... but this does not mean that they will not increase the offer, especially before 7 April 2015 hearing date.
Good luck to all and wait for the "revised" offer.
