By my back of the envelope calculations CVN has $158 mill cash and receivables, co-incidently the same as itds maket cap at 16c which it seems to be bouncing off today.
An update on PS-1 or Roc-1 would inject some volume and a decent run into the 20s IMO.
The 2 recent broker targets are 24 and 28c and CVN is still at cash/near cash backing.
