    I think you miss the piont how the the sp is tied in with performance and as a holder people want to sustained gains. Not pumps or huge run ups, there lies performance . Mistakes are made but entities think that not saying much hides them.
    Which is not really factual, delays happen it's how you manage expectations. Expectations where that Pls would have an income by now! How they managed the communications over the delays was not really acceptable, to make matters worse they are not managing the transition to producer well.
    This transition is important as it comes to branding trust and future.
    The transition includes the greater market to have belief and stability in the current board.
    You just have to look at larger companies how they want to communicate the goals and timelines how they are on the front foot all the time managing expectations getting there message out there.
    You can see the present board and managements inability to transpose this by telling holders over the phone about DER. It comes to a stage where they can't do that in the transition if they want and expect the market to take them seriously. That's why I harp on about communications, it's a mindset that needs to be instilled that the company is bigger than no one. And careful planning must be part of the repitoire.
    That's why many companies can get to a certain level and are happy with that but CEO and board lack the skills to take it further. After a certain stage the need for change and a more independent board aren't put in place.
    The mindset the ceo is a good bloke he can take us further is a trap. Which why I like to see md's or ceo's move to chairman and some who can develop the business with help and guidence. All to often they just pay a great explorer or miner more who hasn't got business sense and the company can't or won't accept the change.
    This all comes down down to paying to much and the inability at board level to move on from the boys club and a good earner. It's not just an affliction of one company but many.
