Top 20 holdings and SPI ownership

Hi Early, The IR regarding SPI is correct unless otherwise stated in CSD announcement or other relevant professional reports.

Asking us to contact SPI directly is unrealistic and unfounded and does not prove your totally misleading statement. ‘’ one person owning the 610 million shares is actually incorrect’’

The experts report as well as CSD announcements clearly indicate that either SPI is 100% owned and controlled by Mr Tong or that SPI will own the entire 79.51% majority in CSD (after convertible note is redeemed).

It is really surprising to see that after all the positive news lately regarding production and positive projected cash flows as well as various qualified Expert revenue and earnings calculations, valuation models, P/E analysis as well as profit estimates for tin (Estimated $30 p.a. profit from tin wow- PFS was completed nearly 2 years ago and DFS is months away from completion ( lol) - that entry to the top 20 is relatively cheap and easy.

$100,000 investment a shareholder is well inside the top 20

IMO, the low entry point for a Top 20 holding is clearly the ramifications of a large majority holder.
