no waffle the current behaviour of isis is exactly what islam is. they are practicing what they have read in the koran and the tenets preached by mohammed and in the hadiths. althought they (the hadiths) are hearsay and additional to the koran no true muslim treats it otherwise other than the law of allah. anyone not aligning themselves with this mob, or any other in the islamic civil war or their aim of a resurrected caliphate ruled from a once christian constantinople, are not true muslims. however when sharia law is mandated then these pretend muslims will follow to the letter the law forced upon them.
even when they burnt the jordanian pilot they claim this is a directive from the hadiths - because he was a muslim they regard him as a heretic and burning alive is an appropriate punishment
