Well PM has proved his ability well, for a couple of years now he has been talking about how he will raise finance, let me think oh thats right forward sales!! farmin!! JV!! in hindside he would give our old mate Tony Abbot a good run for his money.

NWE was on a roll when they had income from puffin and gin, but IMO PM didn't pick up the ball quick enough when these fell away, no fault of PM that these things happened but it is his responsibility to pick up the ball. the buck stops with him.
