From memory the placement to ERM & subsequent RI were contingent upon the completion of the ERM transaction.
So the RI is on hold until the ERM deal is all signed off. Although I could be wrong because the placement has already gone through in December.
Agree that there is almost no reason for DMP not to approve the transaction, who would object?
