Many risk factors were put forward in the entitlement offer eg: Rapidly evolving industry, General economic climate, Variations to legislation/taxation, Share price variance (?), Sovereign risk. Offer take up (now passed)
Rapidly evolving industry. Possiblity of new technology/players/trends. Mitigation :
-somewhat diversified product offering
-growth over the past five years would indicate they know what they are doing in terms of being ahead of the game
-management have good skin in the game
Integration of Arte Mobile: Could this be messed up? Two different companies from different countries
General economic climate: From what I understand the Malaysian economy is currently doing better than ours. This gives exposure to that, and also potential currency tailwind
