    We retain 90 percent- good
    Avanti are project managers with lots of experience- they buy 10 percent which is good for both parties IMO. They now get extra incentive. They must like the margins?

    All and all- not a huge announcement but positive IMO- Norton looks like a goer as akq says...

    Let's get going ASAP
