Fletcher Building advises that it amended its Securities Trading Policy on 17
February 2015. A copy of the amended policy is attached. The 'No Trade
Period' prior to release of the annual results and half-year results for
people subject to the policy has been amended to commence on the first day of
the year or half-year and end on the day after the results announcement.
