The 15% comes into play if AGS makes the Cash call December 2015. They cannot cut in at anytime during 2015.
Until January 2016, I agree AGS has a year of gradual reduction from 25% to 15% on paper , for the purposes of the equation and allocation of production to the Percentage for the Year for ACE's and AGS's record. imo
