Reading the Notes to the Accounts (2014 Annual Report and the 2015 1H Report) the Administration Expenses line item most likely includes depreciation and most of the lease payments because the company has a shared asset base across its various segments and does not attempt to allocate these separately on any basis. On top of that you have other corporate overheads such as management and most likely some shared staff wages.
