    Someone correct me if I am wrong. However I believe it is just the dilution for the 900K raised the other day. So everyone should have been expecting this announcement. No reason for the sp to go down except for investors to accumulate. Now there is 908,000 in the bank instead of 8,000 bucks. All good, 13c and beyond here we come.
