I don't know that much about the cosmetic range..... But in theory it could be a smart move. Running a front end consumer orientated business is not POH's core competency. If they can sell the business to an organisation that could rapidly expand the products distribution and consumer penetration and retain a royalty or supply right for TPM, it could be a far more attractive business model.
