Don't know if this has been mentioned, but shortfall as announced on 22/1/2015 was 31,367,213 shares.
Seems they've closed the book at 25,000,000 shares? Less than they originally wanted.
Doesn't seem like a move conceived from desperation. Hope Bob looked after me. If not, 9cents is still cheap for the potential returns involved IMO.
