Hi Guys,

I have been researching ANQ and came across a report from Charles Sturt Local Government SA dated 25/8/14.
Please find the following relevant parts of the report which should be of interest.

The evaluation panel held a consensus view that ARR could not be considered for the kerbside collected residual waste services on the basis that ARR’s proposal relies on commissioning the AnaeCo plant which is not yet in operation. Operation is due to commence on 1 January 2018.


4. ARR ARR received low scores for this criterion because it is not currently licensed to carry out its proposed alternative waste treatment method. Further, ARR has not yet submitted a Development Application for the project. The Participating Councils would be unable to accept the proposal if ARR were identified as the preferred Tenderer. However, the Evaluation Panel did find the proposal very interesting and considered.
