Technically the stock has an overall sell bias, however this is quickly changing with most indicators now indicating a hold.
The bollinger bands are tightening and it wouldn't surprise me if this has a small breakout and fills the 4.8 gap.
The only major resistance is 6c, so if it gets going it could easily put on 50% very quickly.
