There is not really any upside left in this stock IMO. It's been diluted out of existence.

A real shame for such a promising deposit to come so close to mining and then fall over in this way.

I certainly wouldn't give these guys a red cent of my money. If I was that convinced there was good upside I would let the deal go through and then buy on market.
