i think that is all a bit of long bow.
iys like an employer making a "commercial" decison about paying out an employee who alleges something under the old unfiar dismissal laws.
soemthimes its prudent to pay rather then cost more.
just because ASIC brings a charge does not mean its a fact.
QRS chose NOT to challenge it.
However...that is not to say QRS has woefully underperformed.
One would have thought if its technology was as good as QRS say it is...they wuld be winning some contracts by now....given airport security is now a major concern.
