i am not sure eitehr....and since whenever someone gets an hourly rate...they are usually casuals....their rate was exempt from awards.
anyone on an award will remain on it.
just wll not be able to "milk" the system as they had been doing.
unfair dismissal was one of the worst pieces of IR law this country has ever seen.
