Morning. My understanding is that they hold a meaningful number and (I surmise) have been asked to stop selling but are still doing it (presumably) to make a point. I'm afraid I can't mention their identity. But instos don't always act rationally - look at some of the crazy selling of Cokal before it came off its lows. Perhaps they think it is rational in that it might (hypothetically) force the company to greater urgency by trashing the share price? Who knows. But it's unwelcome as it's only a small fraction of their holding and of course impacts the value of the remainder. Bloody minded.
Am still trying to decide whether to be bold or just hold.
