Incorrect, I believe the smart money is coming back into the stock due to:
1. Increased trading volume
2. Close to results
3. Positive prelim data
3. 10m share block trade at 1.1c - someone is getting set
A re-rate will most likely occur on the back of positive trial results or other significant announcements the company has alluded to.
