Paradigm Metals (ASX:PDM) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to drilling results from the Caninde Graphite project in Ceará State, Brazil.
Diamond drilling at the project commenced earlier this month at the Pedra Preta target.
The company has a 80% interest in the project, where massive flake graphite has been identified and multiple prospects defined, sampled and trenched.
Caninde is located approximately 135 kilometres southwest of Fortaleza city (Capital of Ceara State, Brazil) and the closest city is Canindé, 25 kilometres to northeast of the mineral properties, with approximately 74,000 inhabitants.
The southern portion of the project is crossed by the paved highway BR-020.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 3rd March 2015.
