"Funds will be used for the growth capital needed for the implementation of recent contract wins for 1-Page. The growth capital is also required to manage the pipeline of prospective future contracts.

The 1-Page Sourcing and Referral Engine using the BranchOut database of more than 820 million professionals is expected to be in operation from the beginning of March 2015. This will assist in significantly scaling customer revenues and further capitalization will be driven from the pipeline of potential customers."

I suppose one could argue that the language is a bit tricky to keep themselves covered but I think the intention is that maybe they are hoping to fund all future growth from revenue starting next month. No more CRs?? I think there are some shares still to be issued for Branch Out if memory serves but not too many?? Apart from that maybe we won't see too much more dilution.

The beginning of March is next week for the engine to start up

The BranchOut acquisition cost was $2m (which I see item 5 cover off in todays 4c) and 7.5m shares to be issued 12 months from November last year so a while yet, these are also being issued on a 5 day VWAP at that time.

By that time I'm predicting a SP of between $3-$5 as I mentioned months ago. Funnily enough $3 would have us close to an AU$360m cap or US$280m which gets us over that $250m cap needed to list on Naz
