Directors (including new director with extensive financial experience) have not spent cents on buying SBB shares, that indicate something would not be right.
Net profit $8.4m, is pretty much in line with my expectation, but No dividend is unexpected as they have $29m cash.
I have reasonably suspected that cash would be used for someone or where these money gone.
You might need to look court cases again.
