The union is happy to go mining again??????

"Luke van der Meulen, of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union, said there were about 2500 workers directly employed in the mining and energy industry in the Latrobe Valley, with several hundred more employed as contractors.
He said demand remained strong for Latrobe Valley power "and we think there are also good opportunities for alternative uses for coal like fertilisers"."
