    When was the TrustComm action commenced...? Why was it not announced to market..?
    Being sued for $10m and losing a $100m+ J1 Contract might have a slight impact on the SP.
    Disclosure obligations / Corporate governance........what a joke. We continue to lurch from one embarrassment to another. Only one way to get out of this hole, but does AB have the balls to stand aside...?
