Assuming the period started on the day of the take-over announcement, we're rapidly approaching the end. I assume that WUC will need to provide the definitive agreements at the start of next week. But even if they do if there are any other potential buyers they could start having conversations with the board and make an approach without the company needing to pay the break fee. I don't think this is likely, but the opportunity is there nonetheless.
Hopefully we at least hear something from the company, it's all a bit to quiet for me! I thought we would have heard if the Ablation Unit had been delivered to WUC for testing, but alas nothing.

Any smart offer will come after the due dilligence period so that they may see the cards without paying for them.
