I don't think he sold his (Dec 15) 15c oppies because it says transferred. He probably pushed them to a third party which is not associated. He might have done that for tax reasons.
Just remember Gavin Rezos did this exact thing (30cent options DEC 2014) when the share price was 42 cents in DEC last year and then one week later they were converted on the 30th DEC.
This is not a concern at all please by all means find the next debate SS.
