    I can't imagine myself parting with an asset for only the loans outstanding on said asset unless I had found myself in some sort of difficulty, but you may be right (I once purchased a car in this way & I'm pretty sure the better end of the transaction was mine). I shall inquire at the AGM - Eternalgrowth
