    re: the new issued share price
    I am not familiar with those kind of issue. When the company issue new share it always bring a big discuscount price. In KZL, now is 1.20, 1.50 and 2.00 compare to 4.06 (current market price). Is anybody give me some ideas and who should eligiable to get these cheap share.
