As usual this post like all your posts is totally misleading.
All you have found are 3 offences of companies over the past 15 months purporting to supply Halal products who have penalised by the NSW Food Authority for failing to comply with regulations but none of causing illness or food poisoning.
In fact the average number of penalties per month by the NSW Food Authorities is about 135 per month and when I perused last months names I could only find two with possible Arabic sounding names but a large number with Asian names.
I actually cook meat before I eat it and that kills any bacteria. I advise you then not to continue eating your meat raw as you apparently do.
Food poisoning from uncooked meats usually only causes a brief period of vomiting and diarrhoea.
However, Scombroid and Ciguatera poisoning from fish can cause death or months of severe neurological symptoms.
And of course food products imported from the USA, China and other Asian countries can and have caused deaths and substantially shortened life expectancy.
So that is why I love Halal products and why I advise you again not to keep on eating you meat raw.
