When you're talking infrastructure and virtualised technology, it's not very much. There are so many new technologies out there that I only deal with a very small subset.
And my 8 years also includes testing - my infrastructure experience is about 4-5 (there is some overlap).
Back on track - the presentation provided much more context around it all. Also gave me the idea that David Dicker pressed the reset button (financial year change) to ensure the targets are archievable for staff incentives.
