re: oppies at 10c discount thanks thesa you pay 25c at expiry (December) to convert to ordinary shares....so the equivalent full price is 63c + 25c = 88 cents cf trading at 93 cents

mind you I just bought 10,000 oppies at 67 and sold 10,000 ordinaries at 93.5, not because of the discount (which was only 1.5 cents) but because it frees up a little money for me. I won't be short of cash at year end I hope!

I would have picked all 30,000 oppies up but not sure if I sold 30,000 ordinaries if any of those are affected by the 12 month CGT rule, I am pretty sure they're not but I would be spewing paying full CGT for a 1.5 cent discount on the oppies. So just 10,000 for me.

Thanks for pointing out the oppies robertsharron I know you have been pointing these out for a few weeks.
