First tranche of $10mill due 6 May. Maybe they'll do an Extend and this is all that CTO will get. 77,148,643 volume of shares traded today, most likely mainly bought as share price rose 121% to 3.1c. A CTO commentator on Hotcopper asked "Whose buying all these shares?" Probably KIG themselves and possibly by some people in the know with already large holdings(?) to deliberately bump SP up. If KIG had waited they probably would have picked up CTO from the receivers for a fraction they had agreed to. One wonders what their intentions are. DYOR, my thoughts only.
