    What is the True Mcap of MBN at 6c ?
    is it $77m ? before the Notes convert ?

    is there another extra 680m shares held by Noteholders ..to convert in 2019 at any price ..1 for 1 ?
    what is the total number of shares in 2019 going to be ?
