I can think of one -a company called Mutiny Gold MYG about 18 months ago and HC was part of the reason for the company having to take a good hard look at it self with the then MD resigning it worked out well for shareholders as company is now being taken over by DRM
THere was a lot of provocation by the company with threats of taking people on HC to court but sense prevailed
