With Nido, it seems that Chatchai Yenbamroong (CY) bought in, probably between 0.03 and 0.04 per share, and then offloaded a short time later at 0.055 to facilitate BPC's takeover. He made a nice profit, but so did Nido shareholders. Situation with TAP may be different of course, but maybe CY's involvement isn't a problem??
