Agree. There is no guarantee that we will see any money back, our speculations are just that! Statistically our odds of seeing any money is next to nothing.....while we keep hoping we should start the complaints process in parallel. If they are that good, they can justify their position to ASIC and still help us get our money back, if that was their intention in the first place. Did any one complain as yet?
